Data we collect
We collect contact form data: your name, email address, optional company name, and message. If an authorized user connects a social platform to a Fluixo service, we also process the connected account identifier, granted permissions, OAuth access and refresh tokens, content selected for publication, and first-party account analytics supplied by that platform.
Purpose
To reply to inquiries, operate authorized publishing and reporting connections, measure first-party content performance, protect the service, and improve the website and connected workflows. We do not use contact or social-platform data for resale.
Retention
Contact data is kept for 24 months after last contact. Social connection credentials are kept until the connection is revoked, deleted, or no longer required; related operational records are deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, or law.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We disclose it only to the connected social platform and to infrastructure, email, and analytics providers as needed to operate, secure, and measure the requested service. Access is limited to authorized Fluixo administrators and processors bound by appropriate obligations.
Social platform integrations
When you authorize a social connection, the platform shows the permissions requested before access is granted. Fluixo uses the minimum permissions needed for approved publishing, scheduling, account management, and first-party reporting. You can revoke a connection in the relevant platform at any time; revocation stops new API access. Requests to access or delete connected data can be made through the operating contact above.

Cookies
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection on the contact form. It may also use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate visits, CTA clicks, and contact conversions. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or sell visitor data.
